BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 5912 Brainerd Road, being on the southeast line of Brainerd Road southwest of East Brainerd Road. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 1638, page 144, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the southeast line of Brainerd Road some 1193 feet southwest of the intersection of the southeast line of Brainerd Road with the southeast line of East Brainerd Road, thence southeast some 255 feet with the existing C-2 zoning line, thence southwest some 95 feet, thence northwest 243 feet to the southeast line of Brainerd Road, thence northeast some 40 feet with Brainerd Road to the existing C-2 zoning line, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 157L-D-1 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
